I’ve been loving intentional clothing shops lately (if you can’t already tell) and Carly Jean Los Angeles has quickly jumped to the top of the list for me.

One of my most requested links! My boys have the cutest brown barefoot shoes that are perfect for every season. Some barefoot shoes can be a touch funky with their coloring, etc. (nothing wrong about that)! I just needed a church/play shoe that lasted and these checked all the boxes.

Also, one of our velcro straps ripped and they sent us a new pair immediately. I’ve been very impressed with every aspect of their company!

For anyone who loves natural beauty products, Toups and Co is a must. Their foundation gives a beautiful, natural finish, and their lip balms and blushes have the perfect blend of simplicity and quality. It’s a gift that feels luxurious but is totally toxin-free. I haven’t tried everything yet, but it’s definitely on my list!

For all my holistic, clean beauty gals out there. Araza stands alone(in my book) when it comes to clean makeup. I don’t wear makeup to hide, I wear it to enhance and Araza’s clean products do just that without making me feel like I have product caked on my face. 

Their foundation is amazing, their bronzer is my favorite(I’ve tried lots), and their mango cream color pot blush is a fabulous 3-in-1(eyes, cheeks, and lips). And lastly, I have and use their eyebrow pencils daily. As you can see, I’m a big fan and will be until further notice.

Another method of relaxation + detox. This is a massage therapy acupressure mat, and it will reduce some serious tension. My neck and shoulders love the acupressure pillow; it’s almost like my body craves it at the end of a long day. The lotuses on the mat are not for the faint of heart, but you will reap the benefits after just a few short minutes. 

I’m so grateful to have Epic Water Filters in our home. We use their Under the Sink Smart Shield daily(hourly, if we’re being practical), we take our EPIC water bottles everywhere with us and I even travel with their EPIC pitcher. Did you know that regular tap water contains pharmaceuticals, heavy metals and even viruses. Shocking right? I’m VERY grateful for this company and their intentional products.

We love Branch Basics in our home. It’s a great option for non-toxic cleaning products that actually get the job done. They provide the concentrate and bottles, and all you have to do is add water. So simple and cost effective.

To support my overall wellness, I rely on FRTIL, whole food supplements. These help me feel energized and balanced, and they provide essential nutrients for both physical and emotional health. I take the vitamin C daily, an oyster supplement once a week, and beef liver when I’ve got a big day ahead of me (hello energy).

Their name is a bit deceitful…they have wonderful baby clothing, slings, and baskets (incredible quality), but it’s their dress shop that stopped me in my tracks. They have the most feminine and beautiful dress shop I’ve yet to find. They use ethical and sustainable fabrics, mostly linen, and their summer sale is incredible right now!

Tallow is such an underrated moisturizer. Used for centuries before it became trendy, it’s my family’s go-to hydration method, especially for those dry-skin months. A little goes a long way, and we absolutely love Ela Skin Co’s selections.

On days when I am spent and ready to rest, I get excited about climbing into bed—partly because my sheets and linens are so luxuriously soft. I cannot express enough how wonderful the bedding is from Boll + Branch. You’ll have to try it and see for yourself how quickly you’ll settle down for the evening.

Olivia is an herbalist who’s mission is to help women thrive holistically. She has some incredible teas and tinctures, some I use daily and others for emergencies. My favorite tinctures are the Brain Juice, Peace Juice and Mane Magic. Her tea is unmatched, you can’t go wrong with any of them.

For as long as I continue having a sweet babe in diapers, I will always support the mission behind EveryLife’s diaper and wipes brand. A pro-life momma in support of a company that supports other families in need. Their products are soft, clean, and great, and I can subscribe to a monthly box. Win-win!

Wow, do their teas and hydration drinks speak for themselves. Pique Tea’s mission is to create doctor-approved, cutting-edge solutions for your head-to-toe health and beauty transformation. My favs: Matcha, Rooibos tea, and their B*T Fountain electrolyte powder.

Neuflora is new to my list, but I’m a big fan of their small business, as they are doing a great job at encouraging mindful shopping. They do one drop a month and even give you time to mull over the items to make intentional decisions. How innovative and intentional is that? Y’all know I like that kind of stuff.

Nothing says cozy like a cleaned house, a great book, chunky blanket, and a great candle burning. Haven Candle Co is another great non-toxic option with scents that perfectly embody cozy. My favorite is their Hygge Bundle that embodies chai and vanilla. I’m relaxed just thinking about them.

If you are a beeswax candle fan, these candles are absolutely incredible. Usually lasting me 40 hours, these 3-wick candles smell so good with only essential oils, making these non-toxic and hypoallergenic. My favorite is the honey cinnamon, but it’s also hard to pass up the seasonal releases.

Another red light company that I highly recommend. Their blue light glasses (kids options too!) and red light (and amber) night lights are absolutely incredible.

My boys have seen me with my red light glasses for years — now they can each have a pair of their own!

For my friends who hit the gym often, or anyone who wants to round out their supplement cabinet with whole-ingredient products, Equip Foods is a great go-to. Their grass-fed beef protein powder tastes like dessert, is gut friendly (bloat free!), and packed with naturally occurring collagen and gelatin to support skin, hair, joint and bone health. Yes, please!

I recently started getting my meat from ButcherBox, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. They deliver high-quality, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken(hello chicken nuggets), and more right to my door, which makes meal planning so much easier.
